May 2, 2014, 5:05 pm Fraudulent 'help' with your windows operating system. heavy Indian accent, from UK I've been told. I've had several calls from them, usually 8:00 a.m. here in Ontario. I hung up on them once, then next time I told them, after their spiel that I didn't have a computer. This gets a hang up. February 22, 2015, 3:26 pm I recommend everyone play around with these scumbags. Pretend you are too stupid to know what you are doing on a computer when they call and try to get you to hack your own computer for remote management. Just keep pretending you are following their instructions and screwing up. They will start to switch the phone around to "higher up" criminals and then start getting angry at you. Then at the end just tell them your relative is a professional network administrator and will fix this later so you don't need them. Watch how arrogant and rude they get with you.
