They wanted to ask about my husband's recent visit (which is true we did need to visit). I told them about my husband conditions and that I was pleased. Survey doesn't take long. July 29, 2016, 3:43 pm Called and asked for me by name in regards to an er visit and gave the date, they wanted to do a survey which I declined they said sorry for disturbing and hung up. It did feel weird so I searched the number, another site said they were Id theifs which made me nervous but I'm sure if they knew my name, er date and Dr's name then they would probably already know other info too.
