November 6, 2014, 12:25 pm This call is using docs numbers but the reason they ask if you are over 65 with prig insurance is so they can BILL your insurance co, BILK is more like it! They then convince the seniors that their docs approved the cream for their leg pain (what senior DOESNT have leg pains) and a charge is then put into their insurance company DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM! NEVER give out insurance info to someone you did not all yourself or make an appointment with SCAM jerks! what to do?? hmmm, I guess calling them back, telling them you have a phone number to someone you know who may benefit from their cream: GIVE THEM Phone # of your local police dept! that ought to stop them right dead in their tracks! I picked up the phone but did not say anything there was dead air and it eventually hung up..I am creeped out they called my cell and home phone number. The caller is NOT Dr. Kirk or Dr. Vale.( as seen in the caller ID ) The caller is a SCAM ARTIST who has spoofed (hi-jacked) the fax machine number that was active in 2011 of a Chiropractor Office (The Caring Touch)located in Cooper City, FL. A Chiropractor office is NOT going to be randomly calling tons of people all over the country - Colorado, Chicago, New England, Georgia, etc. to peddle pain medications. I feel badly that this is yet another business that has had its personal information abused by a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS. Thankfully, the Chiropractor has a new fax machine #, as per the latest information on their website. Do not believe anything you see in caller ID anymore. November 17, 2014, 6:14 pm i have call waiting which beeped in numerous times while i was on a call. since i don't have caller id i prefer to use *69 to find out the number of the caller who tried to reach me. I called the number and got the msg that the number is no longer in service. when i looked the number up online it came up as the fax number for family health and wellness. When they call and answer, I tell them that they are contacting an FBI office and we are on a no call list and calling us repeatedly is a federal offence. Told me they would arrest me if I didn't pay back taxes and fines immediately. December 29, 2014, 3:06 pm After hang up calls to my cel AND land lines (both registered DNC numbers) from 773 (Chicago) unidentified numbers in the previous hour, got another call on Dec. 29, 2014 at 1:39PM CST to my land line. Caller ID said "Drs Kirk and Va" but I was hung up on after answering with "Hello" on the second ring. After reading the comments, I'm now guessing they suspected I am not over 65, and therefore do not have private insurance which can be bilked... And they therefore decided to hunt other prey... March 4, 2015, 3:03 pm Yeah, this is for some sort of pain cream...The trouble with call blockers is that you have to keep adding numbers, as the scum telemarketers keep dodging around with new numbers. When they called me, after transferring to a second operator and asking several questions about my age and pain levels, they just hung up after about 4 minutes - DAMN, one got away!. I was pretty disappointed, because the only way to ultimately deal with these folks is to cost them time and money. I like to keep them on the line as long as possible, feeding them any qualifying info they seem to want (in this case, 'under 65' with 'private insurance'). Always give bogus personal info if asked - name, address, CC#, SS#, etc. My average is about 8 minutes before they sense something fishy and hang up, so this call's 4 minutes wasn't that great - I hope they call back and give me another shot! I try to mention the National Do-Not-Call Registry before they give up, and if possible, get enough company info (name, address, phone #) to file a BBB complaint - disregarding the DNCR law is "Unethical Sales Practices" in my book. These folks are going to keep on violating the DNCR and bugging you at all hours unless we make their business model impossible by punking them into a state where they don't know if they have a sucker or a punk on the line. April 2, 2015, 10:10 pm Just received a caller id alert from this same number. I looked up the area code to find out where the call was from. As I scrolled down I started reading other complaints about this same number. We did not call it back because we didn't recognize the number. We are also getting supposed calls from the IRS. I had read about scammers calling from different companies and to beware of area codes that you are not familiar with. Some of them will charge you by the minute if you call them back, so beware. April 4, 2015, 4:54 pm I have done some research on this number and it appears that it's a spoofed (faked caller ID) call and that the real Drs. Kirk & Vale have no involvment in the sales for skin cream or other skim products that this caller may be involved with. The caller is hijacking a legit doctors clinic in order to get credibility to sell their illegal skim cream wares. This may be the real number to the Kirk & Vale office, but it has no connection to the doctors themselves. Best to block or ignore as the real doctors probably have no reason to call you anyway as they have clients calling them on their own. Good luck! Caller Company: Drs. May 19, 2015, 1:00 pm The caller claims to be "Drs. Kirk and Vale" and they were asking if I had back pain I needed to be addressed. They wanted to sell me cream products to help relieve the pain. No back pain in my household and after reading through all the comments here I am very suspicious of this caller being a spoofer (fake number) to sell counterfeit products. Blocking is activated now.
