This is "College Locator" and the purpose of the call is to send you informaion on school enrollment possibilties for online education. basically selling for profit online college educations.

If you call the number back it will give you the options to unsubscribe from their calling lists if you press 9. I did this, but have t wait to see what happens...if the stop calling or not.
