December 14, 2014, 4:06 pm they start calling between 8/9 am and call frequently until about 8/0 pm. i want to stop them from calling. These are debt collection calls. I am paid up on all bills so I consider this harassment. Portfolio Recovery is the agency. Real collections agency, but I just ignore them as the company they are calling about is overreacting to late payments. So just relax and make your payments. Wimps will go away soon. February 28, 2015, 8:28 pm This is a debt collection attempt from Charter Communications trying to collect in a bill after one month or service. I just moved into anew home and had charter installed and then they said me a big bill right away saying I am overdue and then shortly after I get a letter frm a collections agency demanding payment. July 3, 2016, 9:47 am I don't know who these people are but their harassment was way out of line. One day I started receiving phone calls from a number I clearly did not recognize. Within three days I counted fifteen attempts, so one morning I decided, out of curiosity, to answer this call. The woman stated I was two months late on my Charter account and it would be interrupted. She told me that the credit card attached to this account had expired and the she would accept a new credit card for full payment to restore my service. I told her that we do not pay our bills with credit cards, we are on line bankers and my payments are never late. I called Charter to investigate this further and they requested I report this phone number. They have been notified and so have you... Caller Company: Unkown Caller Type: Debt Collector

July 6, 2016, 12:32 pm this is not charter it is a dummy company run out of Portfolio recovery they are the biggest debt collectors in the world they will kill their own mothers for pennies but some of them are just trying to get fresh credit card numbers so that they can use them or sell them. block this number, ignore anything they say, they are all lies, lies, lies. Never ever ever give out info over the phone. Complain to Charter insesantly until they do something about it. This is what our world has become, one big giant debt and one big debt collector. And we all feed it everyday like f**king little cymbal crashing monkey dolls marching band. The march of the pigs, hey pig ! piggy piggy pig pig! f**k! eat! kill! and do it again. and a speacial note out to "you know who you are" I think you owe me a great big f**king apology!
