September 10, 2014, 2:19 pm I am receiving a call every day from this number. No message is left. I called the number back and the recording stated it is PayPal. I have a PayPal account but have NEVER used it. It has always had a zero balance. So unless they have been billing me for monthly inactivity charges I will ignore this call. Will login tomorrow to see what is going on. Will close account if they are billing me for something without informing me. Caller Company: PayPal Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

January 26, 2015, 6:38 am This is paypal. I had a negative balance account after closing the account and not being happy with paypal. They apparently have a completely different opinion of my account closure and want money from me to restore the patheticly small debt of $5.03 they said I owe. March 2, 2015, 12:00 am I used to have a negative balance with paypal, but have since cleared it up. This must be some kind of mistake or computer update problem that needs to update. June 23, 2015, 2:33 am This was paypal calling to inform me about a negative account balance on a second account that was in my name. The account is fraudulent and now paypal is investigating.
