So I called the number back on another phone and your website was on the pre recorded message that picks up when it answers. I DID NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH YOU!!! IF THIS NUMBER BELONGS TO YOUR COMPANY I HAVE REPORTED IT TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION! AND I AM ON THE NATIONAL *DO NOT CALL REGISTRY* STOP CALLING ME!!! I asked what is their website, they couldnt answer. I told them I was recording the call and would report them to the FCC - they stopped calling. I blocked them also. If applying for $$ why would they ask for $$??? even a 1.00? Take PRECAUTION: Immediately contact your financial institution advising you applied for a loan and you would like your account # changed. Ask for a freeze on account activity 3. If cancelling the membership screen shot the terms and agreements (print screen & paste into Word doc)- send a email Subject: Cancellation Request - request the cancellation and paste it into the email. If they attempt to charge your account send/show the email to your bank. Someone was prompting the woman in the background. Stated I was approved for $1000 loan and had to go a website to get my credit score and check my identity. November 10, 2014, 8:10 pm My phone has this really neat feature: It's called Caller ID. If I receive a call from an unknown #... I DON'T answer it! I let my voicemail screen it. If it appears to be a legit call, I MIGHT call back. If not legit, I set my phone to block that #. Most phones and/or carriers have this feature. As long as people are really gullible enough to give personal info and $ to some totally anonymous caller, then these kind of scammers will always have a feeding trough. WISE UP PEOPLE!!! January 17, 2015, 10:22 am Ya'll know they charge 40% a week for their loans and will debit your account weekly. Are times that tough that you need this type of loan? Figure it out, you borrow $600. They debit your account weekly for $240 and that never touches the principle. I never applied for any type of loan but somehow this company got my banking info, deposited $300 into my account and then sent me an email providing their terms. I had the bank USAA btw return the money and close the account. I still hold onto the emails I sent them per chance they attempt this again. But apparently all that doesn't stop them, I still get these calls 5-6 times a day. I utilize a call blocker so I never see the or hear the calls. They don't go away and regardless of what you believe, they are not in this country. They don't and won't abide by US law, so placing your name in the DNC Registry only goes so far....same with the language they use. I guess they feel they can bully you into accepting their calls. January 20, 2015, 10:07 pm Pre-approved loan a scammers who tell tell you that you qualify for a loan. The point of these calls is to lure you into believing you can get an easy payment loan from then that requires a smaller up front fee to collect. You must send it on an untraceable non-refundable way like green dot cards or whatever is available at your local drugstore or Walmart. January 28, 2015, 10:50 pm I guess i am another sucker scammer with this loan offer/approval for $1000...can anyone tell me if they had their identity stolen or their checking accts tampered with after giving all of the info for the loan?? I pray that this doesn't happen to me!! Wish i would hv investigated this more before jumping at the chance for it to be true in this desparate time of my life. :( Good luck to everyone that may hv encountered these scam artists. February 24, 2015, 5:17 pm Same as the callers above approved to a pay day loan go online to sign paperwork -do not give them ANY personal information, the FTC does nothing to stop these calls - the do not call registry does not work - I did find a site that does - it was recommend by my cable co - it is called 'no more robo calls.com" if your phone company is on their list, you can enter your number and it will stop ALL of these unwanted call within 1-2 weeks and if one get through you go into your account and enter it and it wont happen again - I used to get 5-10 a day now may - may 1 gets through - BUT remember never confirm your name, address NOTHING even if they say is this "Jane Doe" say I don't know - if they say they are calling on a debt say "send a validation notice" if they say well confirm your address and name " say well if you knew who you were call you would have that information and HANG UP - and then say - DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN - AND IF YOU DO I WILL REPORT YOU FOR HARRASSMENT AND SUE YOU! AND HANG UP! NO MATTER HOW MAD THEY TRY TO GET YOU STICK TO THE SCRIPT - GOOD LUCK - GET THEM BACK AT THEIR OWN GAME.
