May 7, 2015, 6:07 am This was a debt collection agency for "US Bank" and the debt they were calling about was for an old closed down credit card with an annual fee that wasn't paid at the last moment and not reversed. August 19, 2015, 10:12 am I called this number back and it turned out to be a debt collector scam. They wanted information from me about my account number with US Bank so that they could look up the account debt they were calling about. They also want digits off my ssn# and I refused this as well. I contact the real US Bank and they said that this was not a legit call as they don't make calls in this manner for debts. Caller Company: Credit Card Debt Collection Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

October 27, 2015, 9:03 pm I had a call from someone looking for another person who doesn't live in my home. Old owner of the telephone number I guess. They needed to confirm information before they could divulge information to me. This is common behavior for debt collectors as they have privacy laws they need to respect when calling for debts to protect people from embarrassment in front of employers or work colleagues. Person told me that they would remove my number once I spoke to an agent with US Bank. I don't have any accounts with US Bank. Caller Company: US Bank - Collection Caller Type: Debt Collector

November 8, 2015, 9:53 am Someone phoned me to collect on a debt for a US Bank credit card. Wanted personal information from me to verify me. I refused to give them my ssn# as they requested. They knew other information about me. I will have to call US Bank myself to verify the debt claims against me. I don't have debts as far as I know. I will have to make absolutely certain I don't. February 3, 2016, 7:15 pm I keep getting a call from this number, but everytime I answer or say hello, no one responds. They call me multiple times a day and since this has to do with U.S. Bank as I am reading, I will have to go in there and talk to them about it. March 24, 2016, 11:39 pm Just received a call from them. Telling me that I owe over 200.00 on a credit card that I have not used. Demand why I was 30 days late on the payment. Then the woman wanted to take my bank account number and then started to ask me for my address. I told her that I would have to speak to my husband to see if he opened a credit card with Amplify Credit Union. she kept asking why I was late. I finally hung up on her. Go a hold of my husband and he had no idea what was going on. Called back but only got a voice mail. November 10, 2016, 6:59 pm Calls from: (877) 838-4347. These are a daily occurrence. They have been able to by-pass the "Do not disturb" settings on my iPhone (iOS up-to-date). I finally called the number back. The auto answer says it is for "Member Card Services" and said that a CC ending with 4 unknown digits was associated with this phone number." When I finally got a person by pressing "0" instead of their options, while very professional, the representative would not identify which Card company until I verified my information - which I did not. When she would not budge on divulging their information, I informed her that I would be reporting this number and said good bye. This number has now been saved as "Spam" and blocked. November 12, 2016, 1:22 pm This number calls me RELENTLESSLY and so I decided to do a google search on it and all this information popped up. I called the number pretending to be completely nieve and said I'll pay whatever I need to get this taken care of and she said to give her my bank account and routing numbers as I can make monthly payments until they are satisfied. I told her my bank account number was 8675309 and the bank was Trump Bank of America and then she hung up. This number has been saved and marked as spam and blocked from my phone. January 23, 2017, 5:54 pm multiple calls per week before, when they called and told me that i had to pay $150 for cc acc., when i asked her for this unknow amount, she said i used my card at july 2016, and i passed few month didn't pay the amount due, i didn't use that cc about a year ago, why i had that amount on my acc.? so i told her someone used my card and can you find out who uses my card, when she said find out who used my card and i was free to go, after few weeks, they called me again, and said i still had to pay the amount , for few times they called me and i asked rhey left any extension no. they just left 8778384347 Caller Company: Member Card Services Caller Type: Debt Collector

April 10, 2017, 9:01 am I have been getting numerous calls from this number over the past three days. I don't know how they got my information but now they are blocked.
