What's funny in my case is the caller mentioned $6000 in spending fraud on my account...a serious issue. However I don't have a chase account, hahahaha!!

I called Chase directly to verify my account with the number on the back of my card and the chase fraud department said that this number is a fraud. They verified that everything was ok with my card and that this line is 100% scam. Don't get conned people.
