February 5, 2015, 2:46 am I contacted DirecTV myself and they said the call was legit, but had no record of the call. You can request for them to remove you from their promotional calls and email if you want to. Get them to make a note on your account record that you don't want these calls at all and they will respect that. At least they say that. Caller Company: Direct TV Caller Type: Telemarketer

February 16, 2015, 4:29 pm I got a message left for me that said they were from DirecTV and that I was eligable for a 3 months movie package deal. I called DirecTV directly and asked about this promotion and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Either a stupid rep or this is a big scam. So be careful at least. February 28, 2015, 6:22 am I am not a DirecTV customer and get these calls regularly. I think they got my number listed from a n old account from a previous customer. I keep telling them that I am not a DirecTV customer, but they don't care about it. Calls continue and so do the promotional offers for the old user on my phone line.
