June 20, 2014, 2:00 pm I keep getting phone calls from this number stating that I have a legal matter pending. they requested that I contact them within 24 hours to stop the process. June 23, 2014, 12:52 pm Received a recorded message threatening me with legal action and garnishment of my wages. The next time im going to record the message and phone number and send it to my state attorney general office because the state where i live its against the law to threatened unless your actually going to do it. They cant be serious anyways if they cant even talk to you live instead of some stupid recorded message. I just hang up and go about my business. Caller Company: Unknown Caller Type: Debt Collector

February 20, 2015, 2:12 pm A person from "David Weinberg Processor" calling me to inform me that I have a returned transaction from my bank and that I need to contact them to address this problem immediately within 24 hours or face legal action. I contact my bank to verify this story and they say nothing is wrong with any of my accounts. The person did not leave a callback number in the message left. April 30, 2016, 3:25 pm got a call from this number today. Also an earlier call from the number 877-916-3825. Caller ID on both calls say Marathon FL. They asked for a person living at this residence but couldn't tell me which person they were they looking for....(such as senior, junior, the third , the fourth, etc) They couldn't speak English very well, they didn't seem to understand my questions, and they eventually hung up. When I tried to call the number/s back, I got a recording stating that the number was Not In Service. I'm assuming it's a scam since they can't answer my questions, and the number/s are Not in service upon calling back. Caller Type: Unknown |
