April 15, 2014, 2:43 pm They called demanding a big pay off for a debt that I have never heard of. They wanted personal info, that if they were legit they would have had. Lots of people gets these calls and usually it's a scam or the statute of limitations has expired so it's a vain attempt by a debt collector to catch you in a naive state to reinstate the debt. March 12, 2015, 6:31 pm These arrogant fools called me up pretending to be offering some kind of investment opportunity that would first require verification of my name and address to become eligible for the investment. When I refused the woman caller became very assertive and told me that I would hearing back from them later. Who the hell calls someone for investments opportunities and then starts threatening them with a serious tone about future calls if I don't want to cooperate?? April 28, 2015, 1:25 pm Rec'd call from 877 249 7294 on my cell phone @ 1:01 PM on Tues 28 Apr 2015. Male asked to speak to "Anthony Love." I told him I knew some Anthony's but none with that last name. What is this about? It's a personal matter. If this isn't his number we'll take you off our list. OK. I hung up then called back 5 seconds later. A male named Dave answered "Joseph Mann & Creed." I told him about the call I rec'd and said I wanted to make sure that this wasn't a case of identity theft. Was told it's okay we'll take you off our list. I never answer, but of course the one time I did they threatened to have me arrested if I didn't pay them 2400 for a debt I've never heard of. October 8, 2015, 9:40 am I didn't catch the twits name that called me, but he asked for me by my first and last name, which I do not go by. I asked what the call was for, he repeated himself saying that he's calling for my first/last name. The guy had an attitude. I again asked what the call is for. We then got into it about how he wouldn't say why he's calling and how I don't understand what a business call is about. Pffff, yea ok. I told him I'm fully aware of a business call, I'm a Client Relations Manager and that a business doesn't call involve an arrogant attitude and argue with the person on the phone. He said "ma'am, I assure you the Federal Government call doesn't...." I laughed in his face "nice try, that's cute.." and hung up. These people are idiots! November 12, 2015, 5:53 pm Had the same people call me today. Said they tryed to get my payment from the bank for my on line lone and it was there so we could take care of it on the phone. First I have never ever had an on line loan, next my bank was not the one they said. I got off the phone with her and called the police and file a report. So I will let them handle it

November 25, 2015, 7:13 pm A woman called me today saying I owed. Over 480 bucks in back persciption insurance. She sounded like she was talking to someone else, when I asked her who she was talking to she got mad and snotty. When I asked her what her name was she said she Didn't have time for this and proceeded to get snotty with me. When I called her out on it she told me she don't have time for this and she threatened to hang up on me when I asked her to send me some information with my signature on it showing that I agreed to pay whatever bill allegedly had she cussed at me and I hung up Caller Company: B Caller Type: Debt Collector

The guy kept saying, it's a debt I owe and if I didn't pay, they would have me arrested.
