January 9, 2015, 5:32 pm Some small time faker claiming that I will served papers for litigation if I don't repay bad checks written through TD bank. I don't even have a TD bank and don't write checks, Double lies. Block or hang up on this caller and you are taking a risk of being ripped off. Simply demanded payment. That is often a very good sign that you are talking to a scam artist. Nothing sent to you in writing usually means you are off the hook anyway or it's a scam. February 13, 2015, 11:05 am A low life debt collection attempt with no letters sent to me to document and verify the debt. They told me i need to pay a debt from years ago that I have already paid off. They keep calling to tell me I still owe and I am 100% certain that I don't. I have a receipt from the debt payment so they can do whatever they want, but I will be file complaints for harassment if these calls continue.
