December 2, 2013, 4:07 pm I got a call from 866-782-6085. Recorded message for someone else stating charges are being sent to attorney general and that I have been notified. This happened to be for someone else, but I have also received similar threats from this number if I recall. July 2, 2015, 3:21 pm I think that this is a scammer. I actually did have a payday loan taken out 3 months ago. But, I paid this off in full. Now I have 4 different people calling me to claim this debt which isn't even a real debt. No idea who to trust so I will choose to trust nobody. Said their name was Barrett Gibson & Phillips and I will not respond to this. I consider this a scammer. Some of them said a police officer would come to arrest me. No arrests yet, hahaha. October 8, 2015, 1:27 pm Got a voice mail with message to call this number and speak with attorney about charges being filed with local district attorney and my name and social security were associated with this case, 2 days in a row, each from a different caller ID.
