May 15, 2015, 4:42 am Legit call from the bank to warn my wife about fraudulent activity on her debit card that was making direct withdrawals. They were simply trying to contact her to warn her about this. All charges have been reversed and my wife's account is without problems now. Card was temporarily suspended to address the fraud. There was some suspicious activity on my card coming from a gaming site monthly recurring billing which I had not set up. This issue has since been fixed and my account is in good standing. June 18, 2015, 9:58 pm This call is from "Sterling Visa Fraud Protection" and in my case i called the bank to verify this and they said it was a legit number and there had been some suspicious activity on my card that has now since been addressed.
