They are total scammers who will threaten you witj legal action and arrest for not immediately repaying them debts you will most likely have no memory of because you don't have the debt. May be foreign con artists. Demand something in writing to the address they have on file (don't give them your current address) or refuse all payments. Trust me. February 16, 2015, 3:53 pm The caller is "Global Mediation Group" and they appear to be a debt collection agency calling about a debt for CashNetUSA. I highly suggest people cal CashNetUSA themselves directly to find out if this call is legit or not. In my case I was told by a cashnetusa rep that this line was not one of their collectors and that it was a fraud. Caller Company: Globla Mediation Group Caller Type: Debt Collector

The person "Monica" answering the phone was rude and disrespectful- it wouldn't be plausible to accept that this company was legit. Do not call back. Do not answer. Block call if you can. March 17, 2015, 11:16 am Got a call from this number which at first was a pre recorded message saying they were trying to locate so and so and if you are this person press 1..... Then I did and the guy tried saying I owed money to cash net usa back in 2008 which is a quick and loan which I have never done and thank god I work in retail so I already knew the signs of a scam and hung up. So beware of this number its a scam report it block it don't answer it!!!!! Caller Type: Debt Collector

March 20, 2015, 10:23 am Received a pre-recorded call looking for a person I haven't seen in over 12 yrs. They're not even a relative ! Recording said it was a law firm & the person they are looking for is a defendant & if I knew her location to call back & refer to some case #. I deleted message before it was even finished. April 10, 2015, 10:04 am have been receiving several calls from this number asking if I know someone and to press 1. Press 2 if I do not know the person. Instead of pressing anything I called them back and recorded the call. They say they are Global Solutions out of Charlotte, NC. The person I spoke with said his name was Travis Pool. He would not tell me what their business is. I asked to be taken off the list and he said I would be. I have given the audio from the call to my attorney should they call again. April 17, 2015, 11:12 am I received a call this morning from this number. I could not answer but googled the number and found many links to it being a fraudulant scam for collecting from Cash USA. I returned the call but was sent to a recording saying I had reached group 1007. I have now blocked this number. Scammers!! Caller Type: Debt Collector

April 23, 2015, 10:49 am This number keeps calling people that I know, but am not even close to, nor would I have ever listed them as people to call for any debt....my sister's MOL, an old roommate...etc. This is ridiculous, it's harassment and it has to stop. They can't provide me with anything in writing, because they said they already did. They can't give me a number other than a toll free, their address doesn't go to their company...what a scam. April 24, 2015, 6:02 pm This number called and reported they were looking for me the defendent. I called back and the girl named Skylar said it was Global Solutions from Charlotte , North Carolina calling about a payday loan taken out in 2011 with Oakwood Services. I told them I did not take out a loan at that time and I could verify that with my bank. The girl said okay you are refusing to pay the debt, we are just the mediators. I said you need to mail me a copy of the debt, because yes I am disputing it, and she said she could not do that,because she was mediation. I asked for their address and she gave me this: P. O. Box P153 Charlotte, North Carolina 28214 < I immediately hung up and called my bank they pulled my bank statement from 2011 and found no depoist into my checking account from Oakwood Services, they reported them to the Attorney General, and recommened that I do the same.
