February 18, 2016, 11:13 am Don't give them any info. They called my cell left a message with a claim number. Called my house and dI'd the same. Called again today. I called them back. The guy sounded like he was from India had lots of noise in the background. Told me I had a payday loan from 5 years ago, which is not the case. February 18, 2016, 12:47 pm Left a voicemail on my cell phone for Renay Smith (not my name). Message stated: "We are handling a claim in our office. Please note your claim number 3492057. Please press 0 to speak to a representative or call us at 844-279-7423. Thank you." Definitely seems like a scam as there is no way that I have a claim against me. This isn't the first call and I'm sure won't be the last. As I have registered my cell phone number with the Do Not Call Registry, I have filed a complaint @ https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. February 18, 2016, 1:00 pm These guys have been calling me too. As stated by another person, there is a lot of noise in the background, which sent up red flags. They asked to verify my name, and then asked me to verify the last 4 of my social. When I refused to verify my social, they said they could not give me any info on who they were or why they were calling. SHADY! Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

February 19, 2016, 11:00 am They just called me and left a recorded message saying they had a claim against, get this, my ex-g/f's brother's wife. The recording said her name and gave a claim number. Now, I wouldn't put it past that person to have gotten a payday loan at some point, but she would have asked me if it was ok to be a reference but I don't remember that happening. February 24, 2016, 2:24 pm They keep calling me to,say I own Money from 5 years ago on payday loan which is a lie.Yesterday a Guy called on a different number telling,me I committed fraud,wrote bad checks and the Sheriff will come to serve me. I told him,to give me is physical Adresse he said, he not given me nothing.Today they called from the number 1-866-409-5447 and 1-866-362-0033,1866-893-3742.1-866-873-8128.This is crazy I am going to contact the FBI..This is harassment.
