August 28, 2013, 9:58 am I received a call from this number before I could answer it they hung up, then I received two text messages that it was an automatic bill pay. So I called the number back on the other end was a woman who yes spoke English and said she was a western union debt collector and that they don't call out from that like what I read the text back to her, she then said how would you like to pay....I'm like for what? First of all lady all my auto pays go through my bank and that your are a scam unit! She said listen Bitch... I said no you listen Bitch get a life and stop preying on innocent people. She hung up! April 7, 2016, 7:55 am Its from Western Union Speed pay. It is set up when you call a company (electric,natural gas,cable or credit card) to make a payment.Initially, when you made a payment the recording will ask you if you want to recieve alerts via text when your bill is due. People chose yes without even realizing. At that point your payment method is saved at Western Union. Then each month when your bill is due you get a text, if you reply yes, then the amount is deducted from you financial instution and forwarded to the company (electric, natural gas etc) You can oot out by replying STOP. July 30, 2016, 2:16 pm received several text messages from this #, I keep very good track of our bills and what has and has not been set up on auto pay. 866-316-3360. in an amount of 92$ . if by going previous complaints I do have special setup with electric company and it sure the hell is not auto pay.
