May 19, 2015, 3:24 pm A criminal enterprise that uses computers to trick people with automated messages about time sensitive offers for better interest rates on their cards. It's often called the "Rachel from card services scam" which should give you a good list of research links if you google that sentence. Will tell you to press 1 to get the offer. The real card services does not make calls like this for offers as it's a big security risk for fraud. June 17, 2015, 6:55 pm The automated message told me to press 1 to speak to a representative to discuss lowering the APR rate on my credit card. I followed these instructions and spoke to a person, but asked them to remove my phone number from their system and they immediately hung up on me. Definitely a shady lowlife scam operation being run here. People should be warned. Caller Company: Rate Scam For CC# Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher
