However, when I called the number back I got a message that stated the company was "Convergence Research Corp" so they must be running a call centre for various companies from this line. Some people are also getting survey calls for grocery stores for this line. Seems to be a call center company making calls as a third party on behalf of other companies that contract them out. They wanted to ask my my recent healthcare experience and recently filed requiring some interaction with them. A pleasant experience (healthcare required, not survey) and the survey was quick. I have done research on this line and it seems Comcast also uses this call center company to do surveys so some people may get them from Comcast. A lot of healthcare firms contract this company out to conduct their surveys if you had a recent healthcare expense or filed for insurance coverage on an injury. They have called me 1-2 times per day for the last week. A major PITA. He had ask if I recently called Citi Bank to open an account. I kept on hearing giggling after he ask couple question. The call did not sound right. I hung up on the call. June 17, 2016, 5:48 pm I received a call from this number saying they were calling on behalf of Citibank and asked if I'd received an email from them recently. I said I may have, then they asked did you speak with so and so, a very long Indian name because they were doing a survey on customer care - we want to know if you were happy with the service - I said I don't know who you are - they then said, we're not going to be doing the survey today, thank you for your time - I blocked the number - I would never disclose anything to anyone who called me on the phone - this is probably a come on to get your account information Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher
