A guy named Harris who is a self-admitted scammer and "gangster" from Nepal. He boasts about running a tech support scam from Nepal and brags about being a "gangster" from Nepal who travels the world dealing drugs and arms.
He calls and tries to pretend he is Microsoft. Once you call him out on his BS he opens up and then just brags about being a thief.
