March 20, 2015, 2:27 am I settled my debts with these people back in 2010 and they are now calling me to try to collect it again? Bullcrap. They are either criminals or buying up old junk. All my credit cards are paid off. Judging by other comments this debt collector looks to be tagreting old credit card bills left unpaid or at least claiming to. March 31, 2015, 4:07 pm The caller is "First U.S. Capitol Recovery LLC" and they are debt collectors. They told me that I could settle and old credit card debt for less than the bill is if I was willing to settle with a small lump sum payment immediately. In my case this debt was already settled so I have no concern about paying it. They are either frauds or have seriously outdated information. April 10, 2015, 1:05 pm Caller claiming to be with first US capital, tempting to collect a debt. Nick Russo and Daniel Jones was names given at time of call. I asked for them to send me a statement to the address that they have on file. Credit card usbc, I do not own. I am also on the do not call list.
