All of the evidence added up so my attorney advised me to take the 12 hour class and start making payment options on resolving matter. So you just might want to do some more research. I asked for a copy of the complaint the girl I talked to Stephanie claimed they don't send statements out. But they said they tried to send me something before. If anyone has dealt with the company Financial criminal services before. they called from 8556973888. if they are going to file charges why di it take so long. December 10, 2013, 2:11 pm I am so glad I got the call from FSC! I forgot all about a check I bounced with my auto repair company. if I had ignored the call I would be in some serious trouble. I was able to set up payments to take care of it and the class, well it blew but they let me take it in two halves so i wasn't bored all day. Thank you FSC!!! December 13, 2013, 5:27 pm I too received a call regarding a check I had written to my Honey's (my kitty) vet. I also spoke with Stephanie and she actually emailed me a copy of the certified notice they had sent to n old address. I see a few people on here saying its a scam but according to my local State Attorney it is legit, they are required to send a certified notice to the address on the bad check and that's it. They don't even have to call. My check was from 2010 and they told me at the SA office that they can prosecute on checks at least 5 years old!! I'm actually grateful I was contacted I have dealt some awful companies in the past dealing with bad checks. Its scary as heck knowing you can go to jail over a check but I am grateful this program exists. I will take a 12 hour class all day over having to pay court costs and jail!
