May 29, 2013, 11:15 am This is a scan, I call them for my iPad , a was thinking they are apple represent it, but it wasn't , they talk me if I paid $360.00 for a year they will fix my iPad , but then I talk then I had a warranty , and they said a was a virus and is no cover, so I talk them fix it and bill me, they said no , they want my credit car # or my checking Acc #, so i talk them, I'll call went I go the money, so I went back to the Internet and found the real and they solve my problem for free, real nice , they even call me an hour later to check on my iPad and send email of courtesy , thanks to the real apple care people. Tired of these calls
July 9, 2014, 11:23 am I have been getting calls for the same individual for a few years, sounds like a debt collector, or collections department. Today I pressed "2" (Press 2 if you do NOT know this person) and hear "Please hold." They answer: "Investigations." I ask the name of the company, they ask for a case number, I ask the company name again, they hung up. I called back 3 times, each time asking the name of the company that I am calling, each time they disconnect the line. One time I told them that I would only give my case number to their supervisor, they hung up again. I wish they'd stop calling! Caller Company: unknown Caller Type: Debt Collector

July 11, 2014, 3:43 pm Same as the other complaints. Rude and threatening. Violated the bankruptcy laws repeatedly.
