April 19, 2015, 7:27 am Claimed to be "Pacific Recovery Solutions" calling about a debt that needed to be paid or that legal proceedings would resume on my file to collect the debt. They never said who they were or even mention my name at all. Just that I needed to pay them. I would recommend contacting the attorney general or local courts to see if this is valid if you are uncertain. I suspect it's a scam. April 30, 2015, 9:16 pm They left a message that I needed to call them back within 24 hours in order to stop the legal proceedings being filed against me. They said if I didn't call them back that I would be giving them consent to file the lawsuit. Sounds ridiculously serious without ever giving you any other information about the debt claim. October 17, 2015, 12:29 am The caller was named Pacific Recovery Solutions and they said that I was going to be served soon. They obviously have some kind of debt gripe against me. I called them back and they wanted to get my ssn# and I refused this. They then threatened me again. They said the debt was made in another US State of which I have never visited. December 2, 2015, 6:38 am A junk debt collector saying they will serve me legal papers soon and take me to court over unpaid debts. I have never gotten registered mail of any kind or any unregistered mail letters for that matter...so I don't know what to think of this. Junk debt collections often behave in this manner as they need fear to make people pay without using lawyers for real. Just ignore until you get a serious letter in the mail.
