If you look this charity up on charity navigators you can see that they are a paltry organization that gives almost nothing to the people who need it compared to other charities. They should make laws requiring 70% minimum otherwise you are just making businesses that are driven to keep people in their jobs. If you look closely they are one of the worst charities when it comes to the percentage of money that is given to the actual people it's intened to support. Laws should be required to mandate change in this area.
