December 31, 2014, 4:06 am USAA confirmed with me that this number is not legit. I also have car insurance only with USAA and there are no late payments I can be sure of that 100%. I am quite certain they make regular bank withdrawals and that is something monthly I keep an eye on. Account is topped well so no insufficient fund problems. Will not be answering.
