August 6, 2014, 8:02 pm This phone number called me twice and left me a message. They gave me an affidavit number and told me they would garnish my wages and file a class D criminal charges against me. I don't know what to do. It is kind of scary, since I have never been in trouble with the law or anything. I do owe some debt from back in 2010, but I do not think they can garnish my wages cause it is not the government or IRS or student loans. I don't know what to do at this point. Do I call back? February 15, 2015, 4:29 am A debt collector disguising itself as a law firm making big legal threats if you don't comply. I would also be careful if you see any "shill" posts after this one where they try to legitimize the posts with threats saying that they actually showed up to arrest people or serve papers. Usually if you are going to be served they don't warn you ahead of time so you don't avoid them. Either way you should probably ignore this call.
