April 1, 2014, 11:34 am Litigation department of Nationwide Arbitrators calling to discuss the payment of a payday loan that they claimed I had taken out. This is not true, as I have never taken any payday loans. Further research has led me to believe that this is a scam call or extortion attmept by a con artist. April 4, 2014, 2:58 pm I've been called and left message at work by a computer voice recording from 716-312-1040 saying they are Nationwide Arbitration that I'm being served a legal notice on case file 162149. That I most return their phone call to 844-714-2290 x 316. In other times there is a person named Jessica Smith who mentioneds that she is notifiying me of a "Final Legal Notification" so I can request a "Voluntary Restitution" before any legal actions take place. All in all I've recieved about 7 calls since mid March up until the end of the month. I tried to call back from work but our phones at here have blocked the out going call saying it is not a valid phone number. Caller Company: Nationwide Arbitration Caller Type: Debt Collector

February 23, 2015, 5:48 pm Debt collection / law firm call about payday loan from 2011. The person couldn't answer any of my questions about him or his company or the company I owed money to unless I verified my identity with my snn#. I told him I refused to pay anything or cooperate unless I got something in writing, but the most the man would give me is an email which I will not legally consider valid.
