March 15, 2016, 9:09 pm Calls everyday saying I owe money for a loan and that if I don't pay I'll be taken to court. Payday Loans became unobtainable in my state in 2003. They say that I got this loan in 2012. Sick of them. I told the rep. to remove my number and her response was "quit dreaming and that I should pay my bill". March 16, 2016, 9:20 pm Called claiming we owed money to a credit union we haven't dealt with in over 30 years. Claiming the loan was defaulted on in November 19, 2013 and it is now March 16, 2016. A Suzanne Morris was making the claim. They managed to make it sound convincing and some information was inadvertently let out. Now the fun begins. March 17, 2016, 2:11 pm I got a call from them in December stating I took out a loan in 2011 and I needed to pay or I would go to court, and then yesterday I received another call stating I took out a loan in 2012 from somewhere else and when I asked for a paper copy or to speak to a manager the women became very rood and I got hung up on twice. March 17, 2016, 4:51 pm Got same thing. Getting calls from 8442907067.I was told by a female that called me that the name of the company that she works for is First Recovery something something. So I Googled First Recovery. No information was matching with what the hell she was talking about. Received same call, just a little later in the day and talked to a person with same info on some loan back around 2013 or earlier. The rep wanted to know if i could pay like 450.00 today and I informed rep that I would not pay and to go f**k themselves because they made me angry and the hulk emerged and said things that I dare not say. I called the number back, explained they did not have the correct phone # and that I knew they were a scam as I'd received several calls with the exact same message from several different numbers, so please stop calling me. March 22, 2016, 2:12 pm Got multiple phone calls from this number saying I owed on a Payday Loan from 2006! I told the lady there is no way I'm paying her a settlement of $300 from something that was paid off 10years ago! She kept asking me "do you want to resolve this issue?" And if I didn't call back by end of the day to pay they would turn my claim over to the legal party and I would have to go to court! I told her I would call her back after I did my own research. They have called my family and I repeatedly and I finally told them if they continue I will report them to the FBI for scamming. The guy laughed and said he will go ahead and place my account in collections. Wait?!?!.... Isn't this why you're supposedly calling me anyway!!!! Definitely scamming! March 22, 2016, 7:17 pm These people are relentless. They call 4-5 times a day from 3 different numbers. They even called my mom today. I finally called back and they said I owe on a payday loan. I am 21 and have never taken a payday loan. They said they would sue me and see me in court. They have the last 4 of my social, my address, my current workplace info, and my moms phone number. They also have a bank I used 3 years ago. I called back 7 times and told them I was harassing them back. They got rude too and told me to f*** myself and stuff like that. Which is fine. But I'm not sure how to make it stop. They call back with new numbers. The web says they are a scam which they obviously are. I just want it to stop. Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

March 23, 2016, 4:36 pm These people buy names and information off of the Internet, then call and harass. If only 1 in 10 people pay, they are still making money. Report the number to the Federal Trade Commission, and tell them what happened. With enough complaints, the FTC will go after them. Also tell the Consumer Protection Safety Commission for the same reasons. Save your recordings of these people. Record your conversations with them. Evidence is golden.
