May 30, 2015, 3:17 pm I would be very suspicious of this caller whom is claiming to be from the Census Bureau. They were unable to answer simple information about the regional office they were calling from. I have been employed with the Census Bureau in the past and this person was unable to answer even basic questions about the office they were calling for. June 1, 2015, 10:53 pm This is a legit caller, despite what the previous comment said about the caller being unable to answer basic questions. That is unless the number is spoofed (faked caller id). You can verify this number on the census website at https://www.census.gov/npc/interviewer.html and see for yourself that the number is listed with the location. Number will keep calling you until they have the information they need, unfortunately. So feel free to call them and finish it off if needed. November 16, 2016, 9:53 pm yeah! but its sounds like harassment to me. They came to my house answered questions. Follow up call a few weeks later answered questions. And now almost daily calls at the usual times I would expect the telemarketer crowd to call. And persistent and actually like i said I consider harassing. Why not send me a form or letter?
