August 30, 2015, 6:07 pm I am getting weird sms text messages from this number that claim to be from AT&T and that there were sending me a password of which the message claims I had requested. This is not true. I never requested at password or password reset. I would be suspicious. Caller Company: AT&T Caller Type: SMS

September 22, 2015, 9:45 pm This number is used by AT&T to send me a new password with text messages. A legit call as I have to reset my password due to billing issues and account problems after AT&T bought direct tv. October 16, 2015, 1:20 am This was a legit call from AT&T as I had made an order for Uverse and they were calling me about the receipt, order number, and tracking number for the shipment. December 1, 2015, 7:28 am Definitely an AT&T call. I do have an account with them and did require account password changes also due to billing and account merging issues with DirectTV. February 9, 2016, 1:00 pm I cannot access my directv account since they merged with AT&T. I've done multiple password resets, spent hours on the phone and nothing fixes it. This is pathetic. Your technicians are always so patient and I always wonder how they stand working under these circumstances. I had planned to add programs and internet but it's too much of a hassle.

December 6, 2016, 4:26 pm I received a call mid class (as I am a student) and they left a message saying AT&T wants to check up with my phone service. Funny, because my carrier is Sprint. I called back and an automated voice told me answer his questions in complete sentences, I could hear awkward pauses of silence and typing. They then sent me to someone else I could barely hear because of the back ground noise. Once I realized there was also whispering, assuming of what to say because of the timing of that whispering, I hung up. They are possibly a complete fake. Bizarre.
