They offer it for free or with shipping fees only, but then they get the old people hooked on fearing accidents with the bracelet and paying the monthly fees. I think this is shady way to make money. I am not an senior so either way it's a waste of time calling me. I feel bad for seniors buying into it though as there must a lot of people falling for the monthly billing that must be coming off the sales of these devices. They used to have a commercial on tv a very long time ago that sold a similar product where they had a funny line that said "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up." They will offer $3000 in grocery coupons (junk) to smooth the deal. May offer free shipping or assume it's already going to be shipped free and you just press a number to authorize the shipment. The real point of the calls is the $29.99 or $19 a month recurring fees.
