November 5, 2014, 2:50 am I called the number back and it said it was "National Energy Savings." I have no idea how legit this is. Sounds suspicious. I know there are a lot of other numbers on this site for energy savings grants scams that claim to be from the government. May be trying to phish data. Caller Company: National Energy Savings??
