You will be illegally charged after they grab your cc#. They are running an nation US scam campaignt o gather up credit card numbers with automated calls. They will use an automated message about reduced credit card rates that requires verification of your card number and identity. This is total nonsense as card companies have all your information of their computer already and would send you a letter or discuss the deal when you called them so everything is done safely and professionally.
