Definite scam. 2 years ago, they almost had me fooled until I told them I'm watching my kid (don't have one ). Told them to call me back at a set time. Then I called Microsoft.....they were awesome...and helped me make sure my PC was good.......don't fall for this scam, Microsoft confirmed they DO NOT Call..
