I think it's just a mass call list they use. The saleswoman sounded very arrogant like she does these calls all day long. Way to friendly in an unnatural way. March 23, 2015, 4:18 pm These people are terrible and relentless. I was getting about four calls a year. Pitch is that they talked to me last year about remodeling and that they agreed to call back. That never happened. Each time it is a different person with the exact same pitch. I finally complained and told them to take my number off their list. They responded by upping the calls to twice a month. I complained again and now they call me 3 to 5 times a week. Same pitch. Whoever insists they talked to me a year ago agreed to talk to them now. Ridiculous. I ask for their address and their response is bizarre. The last guy insisted those other calls were from someone else and I was being rude for not telling him about repairs I needed.
