January 7, 2015, 10:33 am A robocalling scam for reducing your interest rates on credit cards. Everyone would be better to just ignore this call. They are trying ti skim your number by luring you with fake offers for reductions in rates so you'll happily type your cc# into the phone. They charge you $450 to people who do this. Long time scam that the FTC is tying hard to shut down. They are not from your card services and you can use the number on the back of your cc to verify this. They can read the number and use it for immediate billing to your card in the hundreds of dollars range. They are an organized criminal organization that has been around for years and is actually quite famously known as the "Rachel Card Services Scam' which you can google yourself to read more about.
