The FTC ran a contest a while back to get ideas to stop this trouble caller and they invented the nomorobo company whivh one $50,000 for the contest to run the free service. I heard an recorded message of a woman discussing lowering my credit card rate reduction special offer that was exclusive to me if I took advantage of it right now. This is a computerized phishing. The criminals are not even on the phone, they just robo dial people and have the computer auto skim you and then charge you $400 to $500 once they get your cc# details. August 1, 2014, 9:10 pm They called me at 17:00 Pacific today. Recorded message by "Heather, from Card Services". Definitely scammers trying to get my credit-card information and security-code. Offered lower rates with time sensitive offer to push me into entering number into phone as quickly as possible. FTC is after these criminals reguarly. Hard to catch.
