I requested from these people a letter that would clearly explain my debts like who I owe, date the debt was created, and what the debt was created for. All standard information for debts collection. I was refused because they said they don't do that kind of thing. So I can only assume these people are lowlfies who are fully aware of the stature of limitations expiring and want to scare me into co-operating at all so that they can renew the statute of limitations and com after me for the full debt. November 18, 2014, 3:22 pm Another useless debt collection agency apparently judging as per looking at the posts around here. So my daughter could keep in touch with me, I recently bought her a smartphone bit thus far in the two months she has had it, she has had at least two dozen different collection companies trying to to reach some unknown person at her number. I initially changed her number just after I first setup her new phone to stop the first set of callers but apparently the second number assigned is also on file with these scammers as still get bogus collectors illegally calling her number, a number that belongs to a minor child no less as well. This one from 603-570-4413 refuses to name who it is that they are trying to reach which I know absolutely cannot be either myself nor my daughter so it is definitely a wrong number and I am nit going to give them our personal information either just for our own safety and security. However, after being informed that they are calling a wrong number, one belonging also to a minor child, they still will not delete the number from their phone dialer as a known wrong number and keep trying to call anyway. I just bought an optional service for my daughter to block this caller and others like them but it is very sad such a service would even be needed as these retards when asked to delete the number from theit filrs should do exactly precisely that especially given what they have is not only a known wrong number but one belonging to a minor at that! I suggest you check your credit report at https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action and see if any debts have been filed on your record and then contact a lawyer if you see any expired debts against you. In my case they called a work place and announced themselves as a debt collector which is illegal to do unless speaking directly to the person who owes money. June 26, 2015, 1:45 am A debt collection call from a "CSS" which is really just a old junk debt collector. They make their money buying up debt for a fraction of the debt cost and then using whatever means necessary to scare people into paying them. It's a very profitable business to be in if you can do it right and scare enough people into paying you. July 10, 2015, 11:39 pm Some kind of junk debt collection agency. I've heard these kinds of companies buy up junk or unpayable debts for pennies on the dollar of the original debt value. They then use scare tactics to try to make anyone pay. This seems to be quite profitable. Some time I think their junk debt purchases are not valid or improperly updated data. August 5, 2015, 3:18 pm I just had surgery I am recovery now will be in bed according to the surgeon for 4-6 weeks spent a week in the hospital I can hardly move this number keeps calling 603-570-4413 my phone tangs 3-4 times before able to answer the call when k answer this person or number hangs up and it says on my phone as a miss call they call me 8-10 times aday and threw out the night I hope they stop calling or I will put a phone block on this number just answer me when I pick up my phone thanks Caller Type: Unknown

They almost had me give them money last yr,until a nice lady that worked at Walmart told me it was a scam. I did call them back,because my goal is to talk to them in a kind way, to lead them to Jesus Christ our Lord in Savior! They need to know they can be forgiven if they would accept the Lord in there hearts! And come to there senses, that it is wrong to hurt people,and really wonder whats happen to them that would make them so cruel! My goal is to always keep these people in my prayers that they would change there ways,because I don't want to see anyone burn!! in hell for something so stupid as this! I assured him that there most be some sort of mix up because the company would not allow to have a policy with them if I had any sort of outstanding balance. He then proceeded to ask him if I had a check book...Yeah I don't think so buddy! Needless to say off of this call alone, I can only assume this is some shady business. No only shows this one. Me AGAIN: With whom do i owe this debt to Them: I need to verify your address to give you any other information Me: Youve told me already WHOM Them: Can you verify your address so we may discuss this debt Me: No, you tell me what address you have on file Them: I need to verify your address to discuss this debt any further Me: What address do you have on file for me because Im NOT giving you ANY of my personal info without you answering MY questions. Them: I cant discuss this without you verifying your address Me: Well I guess we wont discuss this because you cant tell me what address you have.
