November 22, 2013, 8:16 pm Same as above, "there is no problem with your credit card but you may be eligible for a lower interest rate...press 1 to speak to an operator and 2 to discontinue calls." When I pressed 2, it said that request was invalid and transferred me to an operator. I told the operator I wanted to opt out of calls, he said "f*** you" and hung up.
