October 29, 2014, 3:07 am Automated call about senior safety. Senior Aid/Medical Alert scam calls trying to scare you into purchasing a Life Alert type of product. October 30, 2014, 3:53 pm More calls from this scammer who calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. Their scam is offering supposedly free medical alert systems to seniors by playing on fears of incapacitating injury. This is clearly a scam as when you do get to an operator, the operator further violates the TCPA by refusing to provide a physical address or phone number when asked, instead they hang up. As any legitimate business would gladly provide this information even if it weren%u2019t required by law, you can be assured that this is a scam. Do not provide this scammer any information. January 18, 2015, 9:26 pm The point of these calls is to rip off elderly people with medical bracelet monthly service fees. They offer the medical alert device for free and only ask for shipping. But, to use the device you will have to pay a monthly fee of $19.99 to $29.99 a month depending on who is selling the device. Their may be a couple of these lowlife bottom feeders. Caller Company: Medical Alert Caller Type: Telemarketer

February 11, 2015, 1:02 am Free medical devices offered for for older people and then they give you easy shipping like $9 and then bill you monthly if you use the device. Easy money of you have the brains to come up with the device. Must be GPS or something. Not sure how it works. It's one of those devices people often make fun of from the 1980's commericals where the old person says "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up."
