February 18, 2016, 6:16 pm This number called my cell phone saying he was with credit card services I asked him if this was capital one calling me he said yes and then continued to ask me for my credit card information. I told him I was not comfortable giving my information out over the phone and he hung up on me. I knew it was not capital one calling. Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher
