August 23, 2013, 1:14 pm These people are still at it. I just got a "Microsoft tech support" from this number. A very famous con that people need to wake up to. They make million faking errors and then giving you fake support so you'll trust them and buy fake memberships for more support and pay for software which is actually free online. June 20, 2014, 3:19 pm Received a call yesterday from this number. Very heavy Indian accent. Claimed he was called from Southwest Airlines and was offering me 2 free tickets, good up to one year, just for attending an open house at their new center in Salt Lake City. WI asked when it was. He replied,"That is a good question and so I do not give you false information, I will give you to manager sitting right next to me. Would that be all right?" November 15, 2014, 7:21 pm Called me first on 11-13-14 from 512-453-9341 in Austin, TX and said "Hello, we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially the final notice from IRS, Internal Revenue Services. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit agaisnt you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediatly on our department number, 202-821-4201. I repeat, 202-821-4201. Thank you." I did not call them back. The IRS is going to call and tell you to call another number back to keep from getting sued. I just want to cancel my phone numbers cause of stupid scammers like this. April 15, 2016, 6:18 pm I got the same phone call today , but with a different number , this massage is a spam ,I called the number back from my phone , I talked with Indian guy and he told me the IRS pot warn on me if I don't pay 2000 and something dollar for my 2013 taxes , I told him I pay my taxes all the time that how the irs will pot me a warn , for general information if the IRS want anything from you they send a letters couple of times and after it they send someone to check the case , they don't call you directly , I spoke with my Accounter and she told me that's isn't the first time she heard about it , don't be panic they want your information for your identity , don't give them anything , they want your money , I contiune to talk with the guy over the phone , he become nervace , I asked him if he know my name to pot warn on me , he gave me a different name and I told him this isn't me and he hang up .
