June 30, 2015, 9:10 am A scammer called regarding a lawsuit that was going to be filed against me for tax evasion and fines that were left unpaid. They said I needed to call them back immediately and begin the payment process ASAP to avoid the lawsuit and possible prosecution for tax evasion. They wanted money paid with a prepaid card from the local walmart. This sounded very unlike the government to me. very sleazy method of payment for a gov agency.
