March 2, 2015, 10:53 pm A card services scammers. A big problem for the FTC actually who have been trying to stop this "Rachel" card services scam for quite some time. Nobody seems to be able to stop them. The will offer reduced credit card rates pretending to be with your card services for your card company. They are not.
