June 19, 2014, 11:30 am This company calls numbers on the National Do Not Call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. In addition, they play a recorded message without an operator on the line in further violation of the TCPA. When you do get to an operator, they will give the company name. After being asked several times they will provide a phone number as required by the TCPA, however, they refuse to provide a physical address as also required by the TCPA. Their recorded message claims that they have guaranteed funds in non-collateralized loans, but as they refuse to provide comply with federal law in their telephone marketing operations, you can be assured that they are just an identity theft ring or other scam. February 23, 2015, 11:38 pm A business loan company called "Business Bounce." trying to sell you loans. They claim to do all the lending in house, no third parties.
