November 17, 2014, 10:01 am A debt collector for a $300 loan I can't pay back because I lost my job. I owe $275. These people lend you money for any type of job improvement so I took it. But, no my account has gone into collections. Not sure if I will ever be able to pay them back. I've read that after 2 years this debt may have passed the statute of limitations. March 7, 2015, 3:53 pm A debt collection agency called TCR. The statute of limitations has most likely passed if you are getting a call from these junk debt collectors. Your only problem is to acknowledge the debt or pay them any sort of payment because this will renew the statute of limitations and you will be required to pay. April 7, 2015, 10:16 pm This is a debt collections agency called "Total Credit Recovery" and I will be ignoring them from this point on as the debt they are calling for has expired under the statute of limitations and won't be high enough for them to continue pursuing for long anyway. August 25, 2015, 11:23 am The caller was "Total Credit Recovery" and they were calling about an ol dunpaid rogers bill. I left rogers a while ago for bad service problems and refused to pay the bill so they they hound me for the payments they say I owed for the bad service. Not getting a dime from me.
