Basically they want to set you up with autoshipping services for drugs. They may also say they need to speak with you about your order. However, this call specifically asked for birthdate, and Social Security number which Express Scripts already has. It was actually a different number than what usually calls also. Very suspicious! A real call to remind you about the refill and billing that will take place. This is a real company so don't worry. Hang up if you don't buy drugs from them. November 2, 2015, 9:31 pm Reminder calls for prescription drug renewals. They are called Express Scripts and were formerly named Medco. I have used them for a while so the call is not unexpected or unwarranted. They make renewals easily so you get them automatically filled out.
