December 28, 2014, 8:33 pm Phishing attempt that is trying to get you to type your cc# into the phone so they can record it. Often they have "Rachel" in the automated message. Don't trust them at all. Call your credit card company with the listed # on the back of the card. It's the only way to be 100% sure you are talking to scammers. January 21, 2015, 12:05 am The caller id said "SURVEY" and the call was automated with a message about lowering my credit card interest rates.
